 Our Services

We offer three services: Quality Managed Facilities (QMF), Community Based FM (CBFM), and Service Excellence (Servexcel)

Quality Managed Facilities

QMF takes a stakeholder holistic view on assessing Integrated Facilities Management.

QMF assessments are free to FM client organisations and cost very little to fm service partners and their suppliers, but can add real value to your facility, to your facility users and strengthen your collaborative working environment.

Why not build QMF into your partnership agreements, ensuring an ongoing independent assessment regime, that facilitates learning and improving your facility, contact us to discuss your project.

 Community Based Facilities Management (CbFM)

CbFM explores environmental management, sustainable development and corporate social responsibility within the facilities management context

4FM can assist your organisation through facilitated exploration of the impact your facility may have on the community in which it operates.

Service Excellence (ServExcel)

ServExcel is the first service excellence assessment tool with a focus on customer experience for achieving and sustaining excellence. In addition, service constructs such as staff delight, culture, continuous improvement and operational excellence are collectively part of the overall loop for a complete picture of excellence. This complete picture could only be seen by understanding the (a) different views of stakeholders, and (b) undertaking continuous and ongoing, rather than snapshot assessments.
